We'll ship your package within one business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation from us once your package has been shipped.
PostNL always informs you in advance about your package's delivery date. Is that day inconvenient? No problem, you can make changes up to 1 hour before delivery!
No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbor. If they're not home either, your package will be taken to a PostNL Pickup point near you. This way, you'll receive your package as quickly as possible and you can choose when to pick it up. Please bring your ID when you collect your package. You have 7 days to collect it. After that, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged new shipping costs to resend it to you.
Payment can be made safely via – iDEAL (only for Dutch customers) – Bank transfer. – SEPA – Bancontact If you choose bank transfer, you must make the payment within 2 days and the order will be processed once the money is in the account.
If you have a discount code, simply shop as usual, and at checkout, a box will appear where you can enter the code. It will be applied automatically. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Some smartphones don't allow you to enter a discount code. Try using a laptop or desktop computer. You can only use one discount code per order.
No, that's not possible. Unfortunately, you'll then have to place a new order.
Don't panic! PostNL will often leave your package with your neighbors or leave it in a safe place in or around the house (behind a garbage bin, under the carport, etc.).
Oh no! While absolutely everything with us is super fun, we understand that you only want to receive what you ordered. You can send us an email at info@magneetfeest.nl with your order number and a photo of the incorrectly delivered product. We'll make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
