Please note: for shipments outside the EU, any customs, import or administrative costs may apply. These costs vary by country and are at the expense of the recipient.


Shipping

We typically ship with DHL, but in exceptional cases also with PostNL, UPS, or DPD. Shipping throughout Europe.

For orders within the Netherlands (if in stock), delivery can be expected within 1 to 2 working days. If ordered before 4 PM, we generally ship from Monday to Friday. Please note this may vary!

If a product is out of stock and has a long delivery time, you will receive an email as soon as possible with the expected delivery date.


Returns & exchanges

Rules for returning your purchase:

Of course, we can't play without rules. Here are the rules for returning your purchase to Magneetfeest:

  • You can return your purchase within 14 days, provided you send us an email.
  • The 14-day period starts on the first day after you receive your order. We call this period 'the cooling-off period'.
  • We would like to make someone else happy with your purchase, so the item must be in its original packaging (where possible) and in a saleable condition. If the item is not in its original condition, a reduction in the item's value may occur.
  1. Place the Magneetfeest items you wish to return in the original box, if reasonably possible, in which you also received your order.
  2. Take the package to a PostNL parcel point near you and print the shipping label there to the return address below.
  3. You will receive an email once we have received your return package and about its status. Return approved? Then you will receive your purchase amount back within an average of 5 working days.
